The Professor's Speaker Series offers science or artistic presentations by leading experts in their fields. The presentations occur monthly during the Fall and Spring semesters. This series is offered jointly with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute.
The Excursion Series is an opportunity to tour various businesses, nature environments, and places in and around Fort Collins with a personal expert and guide.

Classes Offered Through Osher
We invite you to learn more about Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Colorado State University. OLLI is a membership-based organization that strives to offer learning opportunities for people 50 years of age or better in a stimulating environment.
On an annual basis, OLLI will present two program sessions (spring and fall) with a variety of offerings over an array of themes, including:
- Historical Contexts and Current Issues
- Facets of the Rocky Mountain Region
- Life Transitions
- Environmental Sustainability

Noncredit Courses at CSU
CSU OnlinePlus offers the opportunity for passionate and energetic emeritus faculty to teach noncredit courses to the Fort Collins and surrounding Colorado communities utilizing face-to-face or online delivery. Choose a topic of your expertise to educate and enlighten the community at large. All courses must be reviewed and approved by the Society of Senior Scholars Steering Committee. This experience will be exciting and challenging as you interact with people of diverse cultures and ages.

Senior Citizen Class Visitation Privilege
As a service to older residents of the State of Colorado, CSU offers the chance to audit courses in its regular its curriculum with no registration cost (special class and lab fees will be charged). This privilege is available with the instructor's permission to any person aged 62 or over, on a space and resources available basis. Learn more about this privilege »
Colorado State offers a rich selection of athletic events with programs that are competitive at the league or national level. Society members may retain their CSU ID cards and access these events at regular faculty rates. Learn more details »

Colorado State's University Club
The University Club (U-Club) welcomes faculty, staff, retirees and alumni with an inviting atmosphere for networking, socializing, and conducting business. The Club offers members a continental breakfast Monday - Friday, Thursday afternoon Happy Hour, and a variety of social functions, live entertainment, receptions, and other special events. Additionally, the club can be reserved by members for weddings, receptions, dinners, parties, and other special occasions. The membership fee for retirees is highly discounted.
